First Period


The opening period saw a strong defensive effort from both sides, but it was Chicago who managed to break through first. Ryan Donato scored for the Hawks, setting an early tone for his team. Despite several attempts by Tampa Bay, including shots from Victor Hedman and Nikita Kucherov, they were unable to find the back of the net.


Second Period


Tampa Bay came out more aggressive in the second period. Their efforts paid off as Jake Guentzel found an opening and scored, assisted by Brayden Point. The Bolts continued their offensive push and soon after tied it up with another goal from Ryan McDonagh. However, Chicago responded quickly with a goal of their own before heading into intermission.

Third Period


In the final period, both teams battled hard but struggled to convert opportunities into goals. The Bolts had multiple powerplay chances but failed to capitalize on them due to missed shots and solid goaltending by Chicago's netminder. As time wound down, Tampa Bay pushed for an equalizer but couldn't overcome Chicago’s defense.
