Second Period


As the second period unfolded, both teams intensified their efforts. The Lightning managed to extend their lead with another goal, thanks to Nikita Kucherov's exceptional playmaking abilities. However, the Rangers responded with a goal of their own, narrowing the gap and keeping themselves within striking distance.


Third Period


In the final period of play, Tampa Bay solidified their dominance by adding two more goals to their tally. Brandon Hagel continued to shine as he netted one of these crucial goals. Meanwhile, Jonas Johansson stood firm between the pipes for Tampa Bay, making key saves that thwarted any comeback attempts by New York.
