In overtime, it was Dylan Larkin of Detroit who made a decisive impact. His contribution led to an overtime goal that clinched victory for his team. John Gibson's goaltending prowess also played a crucial role throughout the match as he saved 30 out of 31 shots faced from Toronto's offense.
