Their performance was bolstered by their even strength play which resulted in four goals from twenty-seven shots. The team's powerplay contributed one goal from seven shots and provided two assists during their three opportunities.


A pivotal moment came when the Golden Knights scored an overtime goal, marking their winning move in this high-stakes encounter. This decisive goal was part of an impressive offensive display that included thirty-four shots on goal and thirteen points earned by various players throughout the game.

Defensively, Vegas also stood strong with twenty-four blocked shots and six takeaways. Their goaltender played a crucial role by saving twenty-six out of thirty shots faced during regular play and maintaining perfect composure under pressure to prevent any goals against during overtime.


On the other side of the ice, despite being outscored, Seattle Kraken put up a resilient fight. They managed to score four goals on even strength from twenty-seven shots and ended up with twelve points overall for their efforts. The Kraken's defense was notable as well; they recorded twenty-three blocked shots while taking away possession seventeen times from Vegas.
