Third Period


In what was expected to be an intense third period given its potential implications for both teams' playoff aspirations—the scoreboard remained unchanged as neither team could break past each other's defenses or goaltenders who performed admirably under pressure; Adin Hill made significant contributions by saving all but one shot he faced from opposing forwards such as Kasperi Kapanen who ultimately scored during overtime securing victory for his team.
