Second Period

In the second period, Vegas began to claw back into contention with a goal that showcased their resilience and ability to capitalize on powerplay opportunities. Vegas goaltender Carter Hart made crucial saves throughout his time on ice but ultimately faced challenges against an aggressive Oil offense that capitalized on key moments leading up to what would be considered one of many game-changing plays between these two teams.
