Capitals' Efforts and Highlights

The Capitals showcased their resilience throughout the game. Their only goal came from a powerplay opportunity in the third period, highlighting their ability to capitalize on special teams situations. The team blocked 15 shots over the course of the game and won 55 percent of faceoffs, indicating solid defensive play and control over puck possession in critical moments. Goaltender Logan Thompson made an impressive total of 22 saves out of 25 shots faced from Calgary's offense but unfortunately recorded a loss due to the Flames' persistent attack.
