On defense, Neal Pionk's presence was felt throughout as he assisted on one goal while maintaining solid defensive play which contributed greatly to keeping the Kraken at bay. Goalie Connor Hellebuyck also had an outstanding night between the pipes for Winnipeg, saving 29 out of 32 shots faced and playing a crucial role in this hard-fought victory.


The Seattle Kraken put up a valiant effort despite falling short. They managed to keep pace with Winnipeg throughout most of the game thanks to players like Matty Beniers who earned one of three stars for his efforts on ice despite not being able to secure a win.
