First Period


The opening period saw both teams locked in a defensive battle. The Jets managed to fire off 32 shots but were unable to find the back of the net. Connor Hellebuyck stood firm for the home team, making crucial saves to keep his side level with Seattle.


Second Period


As play resumed after intermission, it was Seattle who broke through first. The Kraken capitalized on their opportunities and scored once during this period. Despite Neal Pionk's efforts on defense and his five shots on goal, the Jets couldn't convert their chances into points.

Third Period


In the final period, Seattle extended their lead by adding two more goals to secure their victory. Jaden Schwartz played a pivotal role for Seattle with his offensive contributions that helped seal the win for his team. Meanwhile, Kyle Connor led Winnipeg's offensive charge but couldn't alter the outcome despite six attempts on goal.


The post-game report Winnipeg Jets highlighted that while they dominated faceoffs with a win percentage of 56 percent and delivered 30 hits throughout the game, these efforts did not translate into goals or points on this occasion.
