Alek Thomas (born April 28, 2000, in Chicago, Illinois) is a left-handed hitting, left-handed throwing center fielder. He attended Mount Carmel High School in Illinois and was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the second round (20th pick) of the 2018 MLB Draft, marking his College Career and Draft Year as a direct-to-pro entry. Thomas’ MLB Debut Date was May 8, 2022.
