Emerson Hancock

Emerson Hancock, born on May 31, 1999, in Cairo, Georgia, is a professional baseball pitcher for the Seattle Mariners in Major League Baseball (MLB). A right-handed pitcher, Hancock made his MLB debut on August 9, 2023. Before his professional career, he attended Cairo High School in Georgia and went on to pitch for the Georgia Bulldogs in college. Hancock's journey to the MLB began when he was drafted by the Seattle Mariners as the 6th overall pick in the first round of the 2020 MLB Draft.
