Jer'Zhan Newton, born on August 31, 2002, in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a professional American football player who serves as a defensive tackle (DT) for the Washington Commanders. A product of Clearwater Central Catholic High School, Newton honed his skills at the University of Illinois, where he played college football in the Big Ten Conference.
