Quentin Lake

Quentin Lake, an American football player, is a safety for the Los Angeles Rams in the National Football League (NFL). Born on January 29, 1999, in Irvine, California, Lake attended Mater Dei High School before committing to UCLA for his college career. At UCLA, he excelled in the Pacific Twelve Conference, showcasing his defensive skills which eventually led to his selection by the Rams in the sixth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, at pick number 211. Standing at 6 feet 1 inch and weighing 204 pounds, Lake has made notable contributions to the Rams' defense. In the 2025 regular season, he played 10 games, all of which he started, and recorded 61 combined tackles, including 37 solo and 24 assist tackles. He registered one sack with 13 sack yards, forced one fumble, and recovered another.
