From the outset, the Blue Jays demonstrated their offensive prowess by securing two runs off three hits in the opening inning. This early momentum was indicative of Toronto's game plan and they continued to press their advantage throughout, amassing eight hits against Los Angeles. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. stood out with an impressive .667 batting average for this game, including one home run and two runs batted in (RBIs). His remarkable slugging percentage of 2.0 and an on-base plus slugging (OPS) of 2.75 were testament to his pivotal contribution.
