The game unfolded with the Mariners taking an early lead, scoring two runs in the first inning and adding another in the second. They continued their offensive push with two more runs in the third inning and one in the fourth, accumulating a total of six runs on eight hits. The White Sox managed to put up three runs on seven hits throughout the game but were unable to overcome their early deficit.

Key performances for the White Sox included Andrew Benintendi, who showcased his batting skills by hitting .333 and slugging .667. Riley Baldwin also made an impact with a batting average of .333, contributing significantly to his team's efforts. Paul DeJong provided some power for Chicago, hitting a home run that contributed to his impressive slugging percentage of 1.0.

On the pitching side for Chicago, Garrett Crochet struggled as he posted an earned run average (ERA) of 9.0 over three innings pitched, allowing several Mariners players to cross home plate. John Brebbia offered some relief from the bullpen with an ERA of 0.0 and striking out batters at an impressive rate of 18 strikeouts per nine innings pitched.

Despite these individual efforts from key players, fielding errors proved costly for Chicago as they committed two during crucial moments that allowed additional runs for Seattle.

The Seattle Mariners' offense was led by consistent hitting across multiple innings which ultimately secured their victory over Chicago despite strong attempts by White Sox pitchers Chad Kuhl and John Brebbia to contain them.

Looking ahead, fans can catch more action as The White Sox are set to host Kansas City Royals at Guaranteed Rate Field on July 29th at 8:10 PM EDT. This upcoming game will be broadcasted on BSKC where fans can follow if The White Sox can turn their fortunes around against another challenging opponent.
