First Inning


The opening inning was uneventful for both teams as neither managed to score. The White Sox were unable to get any hits off the Reds' starting pitcher, while the Big Red Machine only managed one hit against Davis Martin's pitching.


Second Inning


In the second inning, Chicago's offense began to find its rhythm.
