Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Chicago's Josh Giddey emerged as a key player for his team. Giddey contributed significantly with 25 points and led in assists with 6. Despite his efforts and those of Nikola Vučević who grabbed an impressive 10 rebounds, Chi struggled to close the gap as Denver extended their lead to 67-55 by halftime.

Third Quarter

The third quarter saw some resilience from Chi as they attempted to mount a comeback. Matas Buzelis was instrumental during this period, adding crucial points and showcasing defensive skills with five blocks. However, Denver maintained their momentum through efficient shooting from inside the paint where they scored 54 points overall.

Fourth Quarter

As time wound down in the fourth quarter, Chi made one last push led by Jevon Carter's dynamic playmaking abilities which included three assists and scoring contributions from Dalen Terry who added another double-digit performance off-the-bench. Despite these efforts and outscoring Denver in this final stretch (34-20), it wasn't enough to overcome an earlier deficit resulting in a Chicago Bulls vs Denver Nuggets final score of 124-117 favoring Denver.
