Detroit Pistons and Los Angeles Lakers swing second-quarter control as Daniss Jenkins and Jalen Duren drive the margin at Little Caesars Arena

The Detroit Pistons moved to 52-19 and the the Los Angeles Lakers to 46-26 as Detroit took it 113-110 at 7:00 PM EDT at Little Caesars Arena.

First quarter


The Detroit Pistons opened with 23 points in the first quarter while the the Los Angeles Lakers scored 27 in the same stretch.


The Pistons finished the night with 11 turnovers, and the Lakers ended with 13 turnovers.


Second quarter


The Pistons put up 42 points in the second quarter and built a biggest lead of 16 while leading for 10:49.

Third quarter

Fourth quarter

The Pistons countered Los Angeles’ 50 rebounds with 47 rebounds and created 17 points off turnovers while the Lakers produced 18 points off turnovers.
