Warriors' Offensive Struggles

The Warriors struggled to find their rhythm offensively throughout much of the game. Stephen Curry led his team with 20 points and contributed significantly with 9 assists and 5 rebounds. However, his shooting was inconsistent as he hit only 40 percent from the field. The team's overall field goal percentage stood at just 41 percent, which hampered their ability to close in on Houston's lead.

Golden State's three-point shooting was one bright spot; they connected on an impressive 40 percent from beyond the arc, making a total of 17 three-pointers out of their attempted shots. Moses Moody also made notable contributions off the bench by scoring efficiently with a field goal percentage of over fifty-seven percent and adding crucial points during key moments.

Despite these efforts, turnovers plagued Golden State's performance as they committed a total of fifteen turnovers compared to Houston’s thirteen. This disparity allowed Houston extra opportunities that they capitalized on effectively.

Rockets Dominate Inside

Houston took control early in this contest by establishing dominance inside both offensively and defensively against Golden State’s defense lineup led by Draymond Green who managed only five rebounds along with eight points for himself while contributing defensively through blocks (1) & steals (3).

The Rockets’ offensive strategy focused heavily around attacking inside where they scored forty-six points within paint areas alone – nearly double what warriors could muster up themselves! Alperen Sengun played pivotal role here being instrumental not just scoring-wise but also facilitating plays leading others towards success too!

Houston’s bench provided valuable support contributing twenty additional points which helped maintain momentum throughout all four quarters despite some late-game pushes made courtesy strong performances seen coming especially via Quinten Post whose twelve-point outing included hitting half his attempts taken beyond perimeter line!
