The Pacers set the tone early, outscoring the Bucks 33-24 in the first quarter and maintaining their lead throughout the game. Their scoring was consistent across all quarters, with contributions coming from both starters and bench players. The team's efficiency was evident as they ended the game with a total of 120 points, thanks to a remarkable field goal percentage of 54 percent. This included making 46 out of 85 attempted shots.

Indiana's offense was further bolstered by their performance beyond the arc and at the free-throw line. They made 13 out of 40 three-point attempts (32 percent) and excelled at free throws, converting them at an impressive rate of 88 percent (15 out of 17). Additionally, their ability to capitalize on fast breaks added another layer to their dynamic offense, scoring a total of 21 fast break points.

On defense, Indiana showed its strength by limiting Milwaukee to just under its season average with only 98 points scored against them. The Pacers were particularly effective in preventing second-chance opportunities for Milwaukee while also forcing turnovers that translated into critical points off turnovers for Indiana.

Milwaukee struggled to find its rhythm against Indiana's tight defense but managed some resistance through its own offensive efforts. The Bucks shot only42 percent from field goals and had difficulty from behind the three-point line where they shot just26 percent. Despite these challenges, they fought hard throughout all four quarters but couldn't overcome Indiana's lead or match their intensity on either end of the court.

The upcoming game promises another exciting matchup as it will see these two teams face off once again on May4th at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. Fans can catch allthe action live on TNT starting2:00 PM local time (Central Time Zone).
