Pacers' Defensive Prowess

The Pacers showcased impressive defensive skills throughout the game, recording 9 blocks and limiting the Cavs to just 46 percent shooting from the field. Myles Turner was instrumental in this effort with his contribution of 2 blocks and 3 steals. Tyrese Haliburton also played a pivotal role by leading his team with 13 assists while adding another layer of defense with his own block and steal.

Offensively, Andrew Nembhard stood out by scoring an efficient 23 points on a remarkable shooting performance that included hitting over three-fourths of his shots from beyond the arc. The team's overall field goal percentage was an impressive 53 percent, which helped them maintain control throughout most of the game.

Cavs' Offensive Efforts

Despite their loss, the Cavs had notable performances as well. They managed to score heavily in points in paint with Evan Mobley contributing significantly inside. However, their struggles from three-point range were evident as they only converted on about one-quarter of their attempts from deep.

The Wine and Gold's bench provided some spark by adding crucial points but ultimately fell short against Indiana's balanced attack both offensively and defensively.
