In an intense matchup at Ball Arena, witnessed by 19,733 fans, the Grizzlies struggled to contain a high-powered Nuggets offense. Despite entering bonus territory and leading for just under seven minutes of playtime with their biggest advantage being an eight-point lead, Memphis could not sustain their momentum. The team's efficiency was evident through their 105 points scored and an assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.09 but was overshadowed by Denver's staggering offensive output.

The Grizzlies showcased resilience in various aspects of their game. They managed to block five shots and steal possession eight times from the Nuggets while drawing nineteen fouls throughout the contest. Their bench contributed significantly with forty-four points but it wasn't enough to counteract Denver's fifty-three bench points.

Memphis showed promise in fast-break situations converting four out of seven attempts into twelve points which accounted for over ten percent of their total score. However, they were outpaced by Denver who scored twenty fast-break points from fourteen attempts.

Inside scoring was another area where Memphis tried to assert dominance; they scored forty-six points in paint from forty-seven attempts but were again bested by Denver who put up sixty-four paint points from fifty attempts. The three-point shooting for Memphis was decent as they made thirteen out of thirty-five shots taken from beyond the arc.

Defensively though, it was a tough night for Memphis as they allowed one hundred and forty-two opponent points on a defensive rating that soared above one hundred thirty-eight per possession while managing only twenty-five defensive rebounds compared to Denver's forty-one.

Looking ahead after this challenging encounter on court, fans can catch the next game featuring the Memphis Grizzlies as they visit Los Angeles to take on LA Clippers at Crypto.com Arena scheduled for December 29th at 9:30 PM Central Time. This upcoming match will be broadcast nationally on NBA TV (channel 216), locally in Los Angeles on BSSC (channel 693), and for away supporters through BSSE (channel 649).
