First Quarter

The game began with the Grizzlies taking control early on. Memphis scored an impressive 36 points in the first quarter while holding the Blazers to just 25 points. Jaren Jackson Jr., known for his defensive prowess, contributed significantly to this early lead with his presence in the paint.

Second Quarter

However, as the second quarter unfolded, Portland's offense came alive. The Blazers outscored Memphis by a staggering margin of 43-28 during this period. This surge was fueled by their efficient shooting and ball movement that caught Memphis off guard.

Third Quarter

In the third quarter, both teams continued to battle fiercely. The Grizzlies managed to put up 23 points but were unable to contain Rip City's offensive momentum as they added another 38 points to their tally. Olivier-Maxence Prosper tried to keep Memphis competitive with his efforts on both ends of the court.

Fourth Quarter

As they entered into the final quarter trailing behind significantly, Memphis attempted a comeback but could only match Portland's scoring pace rather than surpass it. Both teams scored evenly in this period—28 points each—but it wasn't enough for Grindhouse fans hoping for a turnaround.

Despite their best efforts and some standout performances from players like Cam Spencer who led scoring for Grit and Grind with efficiency throughout all quarters; ultimately it was not enough against such formidable opposition from Rip City’s side whose bench also contributed heavily towards sealing victory at Moda Center arena tonight!
