Memphis Grizzlies absorb Detroit Pistons paint surge as Ty Jerome leads first-quarter push at Little Caesars Arena

The Memphis Grizzlies entered at 23-43 and left Little Caesars Arena with a 126-110 result against the the Detroit Pistons, who improved to 48-18. The Grizzlies scored 35 in the first quarter but allowed 126 overall as the Pistons posted 74 points in the paint.

First quarter


The Memphis Grizzlies opened with 35 points in the first quarter while the the Detroit Pistons answered with 37 in the same stretch.
