In their last outing on November 7th against the Boston Celtics, the Timberwolves emerged victorious in a nail-biting overtime finish, 114-109. This win was a testament to their resilience and ability to perform under pressure. With an impressive field goal percentage of 52 and dominating points in paint with 46, they showed that they can execute efficiently on offense. Their bench also contributed significantly with 27 points, indicating depth that could be pivotal in upcoming games.

Defensively, MIN has shown some prowess as well; they managed to block five shots and steal seven times from the Celtics. This defensive intensity will need to be replicated if they want to contain a dynamic Pelicans team.

The Timberwolves' previous victory over Utah Jazz on November 5th was even more convincing – a dominant 123-95 win that showcased their offensive firepower. They shot an exceptional 56 percent from the field and were relentless in transition, scoring 26 fast break points. The team's ability to spread out scoring was evident as well – four players scored in double figures.

However, it's not just about offense for MIN; during their game against Denver Nuggets on November 2nd where they won convincingly by a score of 110-89, it was clear that defense played an integral role too. They held Denver to just an offensive rating of around 85 while posting an impressive defensive rating themselves near that number.

The upcoming game against NOP is expected to be competitive but based on recent performances; it seems likely that MIN will have the upper hand if they maintain their current form both offensively and defensively.

Fans should look forward for another exciting home performance as MIN aims for another victory at Target Center against NOP who will surely put up a fight but may find it challenging against this surging Wolves squad.

Mark your calendars for November 8th at 8:00 PM when these two teams face off in Minneapolis. Fans can catch all the action live on BSN (channel number:668) or BSNO (channel number:676-4).
