Opposition Tactics

The Houston Rockets capitalized on their home advantage by maintaining control for most of the game as reflected in their time leading which spanned over three-quarters of playtime. Their offensive strategy paid off well as they managed to score more efficiently than the Pelicans with an overall field goal percentage of 47 percent compared to New Orleans' struggle at just under half that efficiency rate.

Houston's dominance was further evident through their bench performance which contributed significantly with a total of 61 bench points against New Orleans' bench effort resulting in only half that amount. The Rockets also excelled in maximizing second-chance opportunities by converting them into eighteen additional points thanks largely to their offensive rebounding prowess.

Looking Forward

As fans look ahead, it's clear that adjustments are needed for New Orleans if they aim to bounce back stronger from this setback against Houston Rockets at Toyota Center.
