Pelicans' Standout Performances

Trey Murphy III led the team with an impressive 40 points, shooting an outstanding 75 percent from the field, including a remarkable 67 percent from beyond the arc. His performance was not just about scoring; he also contributed four assists and five rebounds, earning him an efficiency rating of 38.


Jose Alvarado also made significant contributions with 20 points and six assists. His defensive play was notable as well, recording one block and one steal. Alvarado's ability to facilitate play while maintaining scoring efficiency played a crucial role in keeping the Pelicans competitive throughout the game.

Yves Missi stood out on defense by grabbing 13 rebounds, which helped limit second-chance opportunities for the Celtics. Despite his efforts on defense and contributing six points to his team's total score, turnovers were an area where improvement could be seen for many players.

On the opposing side, The Boston Celtics demonstrated why they are among the top teams in their conference with balanced team play and strategic execution down to crunch time. Their victory was supported by strong performances across their roster including seven blocks that showcased their defensive prowess.

The Celtics capitalized on fast break opportunities scoring 19 fast break points at a conversion rate of 78 percent which highlighted their ability to transition quickly off turnovers and missed shots by The Pelicans.


Boston's bench also played a pivotal role in securing this win by contributing significantly with twenty-seven bench points demonstrating depth in their squad that could sustain pressure when starters rested.
