First Quarter

The game kicked off with both teams displaying strong offensive plays. The Pelicans managed to score 25 points in this quarter, with Zion Williamson contributing significantly by driving into the paint. However, Miami's three-point shooting was on point as they scored 31 points, setting an early lead.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, New Orleans attempted to close the gap by adding another 30 points to their tally. Saddiq Bey and Trey Murphy III were instrumental during this period with their perimeter shooting and assists. Despite their efforts, Miami maintained control with efficient ball movement and added another 27 points.

Third Quarter

The third quarter saw a surge from both teams offensively. The Pels matched their previous quarter's output with another 30 points as Jeremiah Fears showcased his playmaking skills by dishing out key assists and scoring crucial baskets. Yet again, it was Miami’s long-range accuracy that made a difference as they poured in an impressive 38 points.

Fourth Quarter

Heading into the final stretch of play, New Orleans tried to mount a comeback but could only muster up an additional 26 points despite Kevon Looney’s defensive efforts under the rim. Meanwhile, Miami sealed their win by adding another consistent performance of scoring from beyond-the-arc totaling up to another set of 27 points.

Despite valiant efforts from players like Zion Williamson who led his team in scoring and Trey Murphy III who contributed across multiple facets including rebounds and assists; it was ultimately not enough against Miami’s relentless offense which capitalized on turnovers leading them towards victory.

Fans looking forward can catch New Orleans Pelicans' next game against Milwaukee Bucks scheduled for February 20th at Smoothie King Center starting at 8:00 PM EST broadcasted live via FDSWI TV network along Gulf Coast Sports or streamed online through Pelicans+ platform.
