From the outset, the Oklahoma City Thunder established dominance on their home court at Paycom Center. They set an aggressive pace early in the game, outscoring the Hornets by twenty points in just the first quarter. This momentum carried through to halftime, with a cumulative score that underscored their offensive might.

The home team's shooting accuracy was nothing short of remarkable. The Thunder boasted a field goal percentage of 59 percent and were equally lethal from beyond the arc, sinking three-pointers at a rate of 47 percent. Their two-point attempts found success on 69 percent occasions – an indicator of their efficiency in close-range plays.

Defensively, Oklahoma City was just as imposing. They racked up ten blocks and ten steals over four quarters, disrupting Charlotte's offensive flow and converting defense into offense seamlessly. The team also demonstrated superior ball movement and teamwork with thirty-one assists to nineteen turnovers – reflecting both discipline and coordination on offense.

One cannot overlook Oklahoma City's bench contribution which added fifty-one points to their total score; this depth proved vital in maintaining intensity throughout the game without any drop-off in performance when starters rested.

On individual performances for Oklahoma City: every player who stepped onto the court contributed positively to both ends of play – showcasing not only skill but also collective effort towards securing this win.

As for Charlotte Hornets' efforts: they managed to put up respectable numbers despite being outplayed overall. Shooting forty-five percent from field goals and matching Oklahoma City’s seventy percent success rate on fast breaks are notable achievements; however, they fell short defensively which ultimately cost them control of this match-up.

Looking ahead for fans of Oklahoma City Thunder: anticipation builds as they prepare to host Toronto Raptors at Paycom Center on February 4th at 6 PM local time (7 PM Eastern). This encounter can be viewed live on BSOK or followed internationally via SportsNet broadcasts – ensuring supporters won't miss any action from what promises to be another exciting fixture in their schedule.
