Spurs' Valiant Effort

Despite falling short in this high-scoring affair, the San Antonio Spurs showed resilience and competitive spirit throughout all four quarters. Their bench contributed significantly with a total of 75 points. The home team managed to keep pace in terms of shooting efficiency, posting a field goal percentage of 56 percent which closely matched that of their opponents.

The Spurs were led by efforts from players who managed to penetrate Oklahoma City’s defense for scores within paint equaling those achieved by Thunder (60 each). However, turnovers proved costly for them as they gave up possession thirteen times compared to Oklahoma City’s seven turnovers.
