Game Highlights


The Wizards showcased a spirited performance with notable contributions from several players. Jordan Poole emerged as the standout performer for Washington, amassing an impressive 42 points with an efficiency rating of 38. His shooting was particularly remarkable, hitting 68 percent from the field and maintaining perfect accuracy from both three-point range (67 percent) and at the free-throw line. Poole's offensive rating soared to 155.7, making him one of the most impactful players on court despite his team's loss.


Jonas Valanciunas also made significant contributions with a double-double, scoring 16 points and grabbing 13 rebounds alongside two blocks which contributed to his high efficiency rating of 29. Corey Kispert added another layer of offense with his sharpshooting abilities, tallying up 19 points on a field goal percentage of 58 percent.

Opposition Performance


On the other side of court, The Spurs demonstrated why they are formidable opponents this season by maintaining control for most part of game. Their balanced attack was evident in their distribution of assists (38) and bench points (48), showcasing depth in their roster. Their ability to capitalize on turnovers was crucial; scoring twenty points off turnovers compared to just four by The Wizards.
