First Quarter

The game began with the Hawks taking an early lead, scoring 37 points compared to the Wizards' 26. The Dirty Birds capitalized on their fast break opportunities and showcased their defensive prowess with multiple steals. Despite efforts from Bilal Coulibaly and Justin Champagnie, who contributed significantly on both ends of the court, DC struggled to keep pace.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Atlanta extended their dominance by adding another 39 points. The Wiz managed to score 30 points during this period but couldn't close the gap due to turnovers and missed shots. Corey Kispert's attempts from beyond the arc were met with mixed success as he tried to rally his team back into contention.

Third Quarter

The third quarter saw a slight shift in momentum as Washington tightened their defense, holding Atlanta to just 22 points while scoring 24 themselves. Tristan Vukcevic made notable contributions with his rebounding efforts and inside presence; however, it wasn't enough for DC to gain control of the game.

Fourth Quarter

In the final quarter, any hopes for a comeback were dashed when Atlanta surged ahead once more by scoring an additional 28 points against Washington's mere 16-point effort. CJ McCollum attempted several drives into paint but found himself frequently contested by Hawk defenders who maintained pressure throughout this decisive period.
