In front of a lively crowd at Jerry Richardson Stadium, the Charlotte 49ers showcased their offensive might by amassing a total of 431 yards. The ground game was particularly effective, contributing an impressive 248 rushing yards over the course of the game. The team's commitment to the run was evident as they carried the ball a substantial 55 times, achieving an average of about five yards per carry.

The passing game also played its part in securing victory for the Charlotte team. Quarterback efficiency was on display with a completion percentage of approximately 67 percent and no interceptions thrown. This led to one touchdown pass and helped maintain possession for nearly thirty-nine minutes, keeping their defense fresh and ready.

Special teams were not left out of this well-rounded performance as two field goals were successfully made from three attempts, including one from just shy of fifty yards out. Additionally, all but one kickoff resulted in touchbacks due to strong legwork that sent half into the end zone.

Defensively, Charlotte forced turnovers that included an interception and fumble recovery which contributed to halting any momentum from their opponents. Their defensive line managed eight tackles for loss and sacked Middle Tennessee's quarterback once during critical moments.

On offense for Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders, despite putting up twenty points against their hosts' defense, they struggled to find consistency throughout four quarters. They did manage two touchdowns in periods one and four but failed to score in period two while only adding six points in period three.

As fans look forward to more action-packed games from their beloved team, attention turns toward future contests on schedule. The next challenge for Charlotte will be away against UTEP Miners at Sun Bowl Stadium located in El Paso Texas on November ninth at three PM Eastern Time (ET). Fans eager not to miss any moment can tune into ESPN+ where this anticipated encounter will be broadcasted live.
