Clemson Tigers Face North Carolina State Wolfpack at Wayne Day Family Field in Intense Football Encounter

On special teams, Clemson's punting unit worked overtime with eight punts totaling an impressive distance of 342 yards and managing to place one punt inside the opposing team's twenty-yard line. Their kickoffs consistently reached touchback status all three times they were attempted.


Penalties seemed to be an area where discipline wavered for the Tigers as they incurred thirteen penalties amounting to ninety-four penalty yards over the course of playtime. However, their defense stood tall recording three sacks and forcing one fumble which they recovered themselves; this showcased their ability to disrupt plays and regain possession effectively.

The Wolfpack secured victory through consistent scoring across quarters and overtime periods while capitalizing on opportunities presented by turnovers and penalties from Clemson's side. They demonstrated resilience especially during overtime where they scored six points without reply from Clemson.
