Missouri Tigers VS Florida Gators

In a game that kept fans on the edge of their seats until the last whistle, the Missouri Tigers showcased a balanced offensive attack against their opponents. The Tigers accumulated a total of 508 yards with an average gain of seven yards per play. Their passing game was particularly effective; they threw for 331 yards and completed one touchdown pass that went for an impressive distance of 77 yards. The quarterback's performance was commendable as he finished with a passer rating of 146 and completed over half his passes.

On the ground, Missouri was just as dominant, rushing for 177 yards which included two touchdowns – one being a notable run spanning over half the field at 42 yards. They managed to convert on all five redzone opportunities they had during the game.

Special teams also contributed to Missouri's victory. The kicker was perfect on the day, successfully converting all four field goal attempts with his longest being from 38 yards out and making all three extra-point kicks.

Defensively, Missouri held strong by recording two sacks and seven tackles for loss while limiting Florida's scoring opportunities. They also forced one fumble which they recovered and intercepted one pass that stifled Florida’s momentum.

The Gators did not go down without a fight though; they scored three touchdowns throughout various quarters but were ultimately unable to surpass Missouri's lead or defensive hold in critical moments.

As fans look ahead after this nail-biter at Columbia’s Memorial Stadium/Faurot Field where every seat was filled among its capacity crowd of over sixty-two thousand attendees, attention turns to future games on schedule.

The next challenge for the Missouri Tigers will be an away game against Arkansas Razorbacks at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville on November twenty-fourth at four PM Central Time (21:00 UTC).
