First Quarter


The opening quarter saw the Cocks take an early lead with a commanding performance. LaNorris Sellers showcased his passing prowess by connecting on an impressive 80-yard touchdown pass to Nyck Harbor, who finished with 102 receiving yards and one touchdown. William Joyce contributed significantly by converting two field goals from beyond 39 yards, helping South Carolina secure a strong start with a total of 17 points while limiting Texas A&M to just three.


Second Quarter


Continuing their momentum into the second quarter, South Carolina added another touchdown through Vandrevius Jacobs’ skillful reception of a 50-yard pass from Sellers. This extended their lead as they managed to keep Texas A&M scoreless throughout this period. The defense also played its part; Vicari Swain intercepted two passes, adding pressure on the Aggies' offense.


Third Quarter


However, things took a turn in the third quarter when Texas A&M mounted an aggressive comeback scoring three touchdowns and taking control of possession time. Despite efforts from Justin Okoronkwo and Fred Johnson who combined for numerous tackles, South Carolina struggled defensively against this surge.


Fourth Quarter


In the final stretch of play during fourth quarter action at College Station’s packed stadium attended by over one hundred thousand fans; both teams fought hard but it was ultimately decided by another late-game push from home team - securing them victory after trailing most match duration until then!
