Quarterback Evan Simon completed 17 out of 25 attempts for a total of 185 yards, achieving an impressive completion percentage of 68 percent and throwing for two touchdowns. However, his performance was slightly marred by one interception.

On the ground, running back Antwain Littleton led with robust rushing efforts totaling 74 yards on 14 carries, averaging over five yards per carry. E.J. Wilson also contributed significantly with his agility, adding another dimension to Temple's offensive play with six carries for 26 yards.

Defensive Standouts

On defense, D.J. Woodbury Sr.'s presence was felt across Lincoln Financial Field as he amassed fifteen tackles and achieved one sack along with quarterback hit that resulted in eleven lost yards for Coastal Carolina - highlighting his pivotal role in Temple's defensive lineup.

Special teams played their part too; Maddux Trujillo successfully converted two field goals including a long shot from fifty-four yards out contributing six points towards Temple’s total score.

Despite these individual performances and moments of brilliance on both sides of the ball, it wasn't enough to overcome Coastal Carolina's strategy and execution which led them to maintain their lead throughout most parts of the game.
