Key Moments and Performances

The Temple Owls struggled throughout the game against a robust Tulane defense. Quarterback Evan Simon managed to complete half of his pass attempts for a total of 56 yards but couldn't find the end zone through the air. On the ground, Terrez Worthy provided a glimmer of hope with an electrifying 75-yard touchdown run - his only score and one of just three first downs achieved by rushing for Temple.

On special teams, punter Dante Atton was busy throughout the afternoon, punting eleven times for an average net yardage matching his average punt distance at approximately 37 yards each time he kicked away possession. This performance underscored how often Temple's offense stalled.

Defensively, Jamel Johnson made notable contributions including an interception and defending one pass - highlighting individual efforts despite no sacks recorded by Temple's defense during this contest.

Looking Ahead

As they look forward to their next game, Temple University must regroup and refocus their efforts on both sides of the ball. Their upcoming match is set against Florida Atlantic University at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on November 16th at 2:00 PM EDT.
