UTEP Miners Dominate at Sun Bowl Stadium Against Florida International Panthers in College Football Showdown

The UTEP Miners, with a record of 5-7, hosted the Florida International Panthers, who came into the game with a 4-8 record. The final score at Sun Bowl Stadium was an emphatic 40-6 in favor of the home team.

The UTEP Miners displayed a dominant performance on their home turf against the Panthers. The offense was firing on all cylinders as they amassed an impressive total of 525 yards. A safety added two points to UTEP's tally while their defensive pressure resulted in three quarterback hits and one interception that returned six yards.

The Panthers struggled throughout the game to find any rhythm against UTEP’s defense which allowed only six points during the fourth quarter while keeping them scoreless through three quarters.
