In an intense game at Martin Stadium, the Washington State Cougars managed to maintain their undefeated streak as they hosted the Oregon State Beavers. The home team's offense was on full display with a total of 528 yards gained throughout the game. The passing game was particularly effective for the Cougars, as they amassed an impressive 422 passing yards with an average of nearly 12 yards per attempt and completed four touchdowns through the air. Their longest pass completion went for a remarkable 63 yards, which also resulted in their longest touchdown.

The quarterback's performance was stellar; he finished with an exceptional passer rating of approximately 222 and completed over 82 percent of his passes without throwing any interceptions. On the ground, while not as dominant as their aerial assault, the Washington State Cougars still managed to churn out a respectable 106 rushing yards and scored once via this route.

Special teams contributed positively to Washington State's effort by successfully making five extra points and one field goal from beyond forty-four yards out. However, they did miss one field goal attempt during the game.

Defensively, while there were no blocked punts or punt returns for touchdowns to report from either side, it is worth noting that Washington State's defense registered two sacks and six tackles for loss against their opponents. They also intercepted one pass which they returned for two yards.

The next challenge will be away against UCLA Bruins at Rose Bowl in Pasadena on October seventh at seven PM Eastern Time (7:00 PM).
