Jahiem White led the charge with 158 rushing yards on 19 carries, including one touchdown. CJ Donaldson Jr. also made significant contributions with two touchdowns and 77 rushing yards on 20 carries.


On defense, West Virginia was equally dominant, recording two sacks for a loss of fifteen yards and intercepting two passes that limited Oklahoma State's ability to score or sustain drives. Fatorma Mulbah and Hammond Russell IV were instrumental in this effort, each recording a sack and contributing to the overall defensive pressure that stifled the Cowboys' offense throughout the game.


Oklahoma State's efforts were highlighted by their quarterback Garrett Greene who threw for 159 yards but was unable to find the end zone through the air. The Cowboys struggled against West Virginia's defense but managed two touchdowns over four quarters.
