LSU Tigers VS Arkansas Razorbacks

In Baton Rouge's Pete Maravich Assembly Center, with an attendance of 12,873 spectators, the Razorbacks started off on their back foot as they trailed behind in each quarter. The first quarter ended with them scoring 16 points to LSU's 25 and they couldn't quite catch up for the rest of the game. The second quarter saw them add only 12 more points against LSU's aggressive 30-point play.

Arkansas showed some signs of recovery in the third quarter by putting up a fight and scoring their highest for any period at 22 points but still fell short of LSU's consistent performance who matched their first-quarter score with another solid 25 points. In what was a tough final stretch for Arkansas, they managed to score another respectable total of 18 points; however, it wasn't enough to close down on LSU’s lead which added another 19 to seal their victory.

Statistically speaking, Arkansas had some notable performances despite being outplayed overall. They achieved an impressive free throw percentage rounding up to nearly perfect at ninety-four percent by sinking sixteen out of seventeen attempts from the line. From beyond the arc though, they struggled with only twenty-six percent shooting accuracy making twelve out of forty-seven attempts.

On defense and hustle stats, Arkansas managed seven blocks and four steals but were overshadowed by LSU’s five blocks and five steals which contributed significantly to their win along with superior rebounding numbers – sixty rebounds for LSU compared to thirty-three from Arkansas.

Looking ahead after this tough road game loss against such formidable opponents as Louisiana State University Tigers ranked tenth nationally; fans can look forward to supporting their team when they return home. The next challenge awaiting them will be against Kentucky Wildcats at Bud Walton Arena located in Fayetteville on January twenty-fifth at eight o'clock PM Eastern Time (7:00 PM Central). Fans eager not to miss this encounter can tune into local broadcasts or attend in person hoping for a strong comeback from their beloved Razorbacks.
