Liberty Lady Flames Set to Ignite Miami at Ocean Bank Convocation Center

As the Liberty Lady Flames prepare to take on the Florida International Panthers at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center in Miami, fans are buzzing with anticipation for what promises to be a thrilling encounter. The Lady Flames have been on a remarkable trajectory, showcasing their prowess in recent games and proving that they are a force to be reckoned with.

Liberty Flames VS Florida International Panthers

In their last game on January 13 against the Louisiana Tech Lady Techsters, LIB demonstrated an impressive comeback capability. Despite starting slow with only 8 points in the first quarter, they surged ahead to secure a victory with 66 points against LT's 59. Their field goal percentage stood at an impressive 52 percent and they capitalized on two-point shots by hitting an astounding 64 percent of them. This level of accuracy from inside the arc could spell trouble for FIU if they don't tighten up their defense.

LIB's resilience was further tested in their game prior to that, where despite putting up a valiant effort against Jacksonville State Gamecocks on January 11, they fell short by scoring 63 points to JVST's commanding lead of 78 points. However, it is worth noting that LIB dominated inside with a whopping 40 points in paint compared to JVST's modest tally of just half that number.

The team also showed tenacity when facing Western Kentucky Lady Toppers back on January 6. Even though turnovers were high at twenty-four for LIB compared to WKU’s twelve, Liberty still managed to keep pace scoring-wise and finished strong with defensive rebounds (28) which contributed significantly towards their total rebound count (44).

Looking ahead at this upcoming match-up against FIU Panthers, there is no doubt that Liberty will focus heavily on maintaining their shooting efficiency while working hard defensively under the boards – areas where they've shown considerable strength throughout these past games.

The scheduled tip-off is set for January 18th at precisely seven o'clock in the evening Eastern Time. Fans eager not only witness but also support Liberty can catch all action live as it unfolds right from Miami’s Ocean Bank Convocation Center or tune into broadcast channels covering this exciting game.
