First Quarter


The opening quarter saw the Terps take an early lead by scoring 20 points compared to the Illini's 16. Maryland's offense was spearheaded by Yarden Garzon, whose aggressive play in the paint contributed significantly to their initial advantage. The team's field goal percentage stood at an impressive 42 percent during this period.


Second Quarter


In the second quarter, both teams continued to battle fiercely. The Terps added another 19 points to their tally while maintaining pressure on defense. However, Illinois managed to keep pace with them by scoring 18 points. Saylor Poffenbarger played a crucial role for Maryland with her defensive rebounds and assists that kept her team competitive.


Third Quarter

Fourth Quarter
