The Bulls matched the Mean Green quarter for quarter in the first half, both teams scoring 13 and then 11 points respectively. However, it was during the third quarter that South Florida showed their most impressive performance by outscoring North Texas with 24 points to their 22. Despite this effort, they couldn't maintain their momentum into the final stretch where they were outpaced by six points.

South Florida's statistics reflect both their strengths and areas for improvement during this encounter. Their free throw accuracy was remarkable as well; they made seven out of eight attempts which translates to an impressive 88 percent success rate.

However, shooting from beyond the arc proved challenging for South Florida; they only converted six out of twenty-eight three-point attempts resulting in a low three-point percentage of just 21 percent. Looking forward to what comes next for The Bulls: fans can mark their calendars for January 28th when they will take on East Carolina Pirates at Yuengling Center located at Tampa FL zip code:33620 starting from noon local time (Eastern Time Zone).
