Cleveland Browns Defense Shines Despite Loss to Minnesota Vikings in London

First Quarter

The opening quarter saw both teams struggling to find their rhythm offensively. The Browns' defense, however, made an early impact with Isaiah McGuire forcing a fumble that was recovered by Grant Delpit. Despite this opportunity, Cleveland's offense couldn't capitalize and ended the quarter scoreless.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Cleveland's quarterback Bailey Zappe connected with tight end David Njoku for a touchdown pass. This play marked one of Zappe's two touchdown passes of the game and highlighted his ability to find open targets under pressure. The Vikings responded with their own offensive surge as they managed to score twice before halftime.

Third Quarter

As play resumed after halftime, both defenses tightened up significantly. Maliek Collins stood out for the Dawg Pound with two sacks on Minnesota’s quarterback that halted potential scoring drives from their opponents. However, penalties began to plague Cleveland’s efforts as they accumulated 78 penalty yards throughout the game.

Fourth Quarter

Entering into crunch time during the fourth quarter, Andre Szmyt successfully converted a field goal attempt from 31 yards out for Cleveland. Yet it was not enough as Minnesota maintained control over possession and secured another touchdown drive late in this period which ultimately sealed their victory over Brownies.

Despite falling short on points overall against Skol Vikings’ offensive prowess; notable performances came from defensive players like Myles Garrett who contributed three tackles alongside Devin Bush adding six more combined tackles himself - showcasing resilience across board defensively even amidst adversity faced throughout match duration itself!
