The team showed tenacity on February 2nd versus Jacksonville State Gamecocks where they managed to keep things close before ultimately losing by eight points (62-70). Their defensive efforts led them to accumulate ten steals and convert those into valuable fast-break opportunities.

With this mindset going into Huntsville, Texas, there's no reason why they can't come out on top against SHSU.
