Can the Suns Maintain Momentum After Dominating the Rockets at Toyota Center?

The Phoenix Suns, with a record of 19-18, faced off against the Houston Rockets, who also held an 18-18 record before the game. The Suns emerged victorious with a dominant performance, outscoring their opponents 129-113.

The Phoenix Suns displayed an impressive offensive show at Toyota Center. They led for over three-quarters of the game and achieved their largest lead of 21 points. Their scoring was consistent throughout, starting strong with 30 points in the first quarter and peaking at 43 in the second. The team's efficiency rating was a notable 156, reflecting their effective play on both ends of the court.


Defensively, the Suns were just as formidable. They blocked a total of 11 shots from their opponents and recorded four steals during the game. This defensive effort contributed to limiting Houston's scoring opportunities and maintaining control throughout all four quarters.

Rebounding was another area where Phoenix excelled; they grabbed fifty-four rebounds including forty-four personal rebounds while allowing only forty-eight to Houston – showcasing their dominance inside both defensively and offensively.
