From the opening quarter, the Suns set an aggressive tone with a substantial lead. The home team's offense was firing on all cylinders as they racked up an impressive 34 points in the first quarter and continued their dominance by adding another 38 points in the second. The Cavaliers tried to keep pace but trailed behind with 20 and then 27 points in each respective quarter.

The Suns' efficiency was evident throughout the game as they boasted an overall field goal percentage of 51 percent. Their prowess from beyond the arc was particularly notable; they sank an outstanding total of 18 three-pointers at a remarkable rate of 54 percent. This sharpshooting contributed significantly to their high true shooting percentage of 65 percent.

On defense, Phoenix also made its presence felt by accumulating more steals than Cleveland—11 compared to nine—and effectively limiting their opponents' scoring opportunities. The defensive effort helped maintain their lead for over forty-two minutes during regulation time.

Key players for Phoenix stepped up when it mattered most. Their bench outscored Cleveland's reserves by nearly double, contributing a solid twenty-four points to their total score. Additionally, efficient ball handling allowed them to achieve an assists turnover ratio of over two (2.13), showcasing both smart playmaking and careful possession control.

While Cleveland managed to draw more fouls and had a higher free throw percentage at eighty-four percent compared to ninety-four percent for Phoenix, it wasn't enough to close down the gap created by Phoenix's dynamic offense and sturdy defense.

Looking ahead after this convincing win against Cleveland Cavaliers, fans can anticipate another exciting matchup as Phoenix Suns prepare to host Minnesota Timberwolves at Footprint Center on April fifth at seven o'clock PM local time (Arizona). This upcoming game will be available for viewing on NBA TV among other networks including AZFamily and BSN ensuring fans won't miss any action from this encounter.
