The Louisville Cardinals' offense was unstoppable throughout the game. They amassed a total of 687 yards with an average gain of 11.1 yards per play. The passing attack was particularly effective; quarterback play led to five touchdowns through the air and an impressive completion percentage of 72 percent for a total of 303 passing yards. The longest pass completed went for 48 yards and resulted in one of those touchdowns.

On the ground, the Cardinals were just as formidable. They rushed for a staggering 384 yards over just 37 attempts, averaging over ten yards per carry. This rushing onslaught included four touchdowns, with the longest rush breaking free for an incredible distance of 72 yards straight into the end zone.

Special teams also contributed to this comprehensive victory; despite only attempting one punt which was blocked by Duke's defense, it did little to dampen their commanding lead.

Penalties could have been problematic as seven flags were thrown against them costing them a total yardage loss of fifty-seven but they managed to maintain their composure and control throughout all four quarters.

Defensively, Louisville forced two fumbles and recovered both while also intercepting one pass which they returned for twenty-seven additional yards contributing to their field position advantage.

Their red zone efficiency stood out remarkably; every time they entered this critical area on the field they scored - achieving a perfect red zone percentage rate by converting all four opportunities into points on the scoreboard.

Looking ahead after this emphatic win, fans can anticipate another exciting game when The Louisville Cardinals host their next opponent at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium in Louisville. Their rivals will be none other than Kentucky Wildcats from Lexington who will travel down I-64 for what promises to be an intense matchup between these two teams from neighboring states. Fans eager not to miss any action can tune into ESPN2 where kickoff is scheduled for November twenty-eighth at seven-thirty PM Eastern Time.
